Montclair Hospital Medical Center donates flu vaccines during the City of Montclair’s Health Fair, sponsors many local events for first response and chamber activities, and hosts blood drives throughout the year.

Furthermore, Montclair Hospital Medical Center employs RN Case Managers and Social Workers who work together to discharge our patients safely back to the community. Our Case Management Team can provide community resources to our patients to connect them with services that best meet their needs. For example: home health, skilled nursing facility, outpatient mental health clinicians, bereavement, homeless support, and more.
