The facility was later purchased by National Medical Enterprises. In August of 1994, Pacific Physicians Services, Inc. of Redlands, assumed ownership. In February 1996, ownership changed hands again when MedPartners of Birmingham, Alabama, a nationwide leader in the provision of physician-directed and patient-centered healthcare, purchased the entire PPS network. The facility changed ownership in January 2001 to AHMC, Inc.
